Deep Roots Therapists.JPG

Christopher Stuart is a Registered Massage Therapist and Acupuncturist with nearly 15 years of experience in therapeutic care.

He began his career in rehabilitation and rural practice before co-founding Deep Roots Holistic Care in 2016—a space dedicated to client-centered, integrative healing.

Chris combines clinical skill with finely tuned sensitivity, using steady, intuitive pressure to help the body release deeply held tension and shift into parasympathetic regulation.

In 2021, he became a Registered Acupuncturist, integrating Traditional Chinese Medicine into his treatments. He developed the Deep Roots Trauma-Informed Acupuncture Protocols—designed to support those living with chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, or trauma.

His work focuses on nervous system regulation, grounded presence, and helping people reconnect with their bodies in a safe, sustainable way.

about deep roots

What is Deep Roots Holistic Care?

Deep Roots Holistic Care is a welcoming center where therapists come together to share their skills, insights, and unique approaches to care—all while maintaining the freedom to practice in the way that feels most true to them.

We believe that when practitioners are supported in being themselves, they’re better able to bring thoughtful, grounded care to those they serve. This flexibility allows us to offer a broad range of healing options that reflect the many different ways people experience health and wellness.

At Deep Roots, we’re committed to creating a space where clients feel listened to and cared for, and where therapists feel respected and inspired. It’s a shared journey—growing together toward balance, restoration, and well-being.

Why We Chose a Collective Model

Deep Roots was built on the understanding that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Every therapist brings a different background, philosophy, and approach—and we believe that diversity is a strength, not a complication.

By choosing a collective model, we’ve created a space where therapists are not bound by rigid systems, but instead supported in bringing their full selves to their practice. This freedom helps foster creativity, integrity, and a sense of purpose—qualities that ripple out into the care each client receives.

Our shared space encourages collaboration, not competition, and is guided by a simple principle: when practitioners thrive, so do their clients.

How This Model Benefits Our Clients

At Deep Roots, no two treatments are exactly alike—because no two people are. Our collective model means that each therapist has the freedom to work in the way that feels most authentic and effective to them, allowing for care that’s tailored, thoughtful, and responsive.

Clients benefit from this flexibility by receiving treatments that are adapted to their specific needs, rather than a pre-set clinic standard. You’ll notice the difference in the way our therapists listen, treat, and follow through.

The result is a more personal and grounded experience of healthcare—one that feels less clinical and more like a partnership in your healing journey.
